Service Description
1. Duration: 2 hours (ideal for beginners and enthusiasts). 2. Introduction (15 mins): Brief introduction & Overview of the workshop goals. Brief insight into flower types, color combinations, and floral care. 3. Hands-On Workshop (90 mins) * Step 1: Selecting flowers and greenery (15 mins). * Step 2: Preparing and conditioning flowers for longevity (15 mins). * Step 3: Learning basic floral arrangement techniques (30 mins). * Step 4: Creating individual floral arrangements with guidance (30 mins). 4. Wrap-Up & Takeaways (15 mins) * Participants present their arrangements. * Final styling tips and how to maintain fresh flowers. * Group photo and feedback session (optional). 5. Workshop Outcomes: * Understanding of flower selection and arrangement techniques. * Hands-on experience in creating a balanced floral design. * Increased confidence in floral styling for home or gifting. 6. Materials Provided: * Fresh flowers and foliage. * Floral shears and tools. * Vases or floral foam. * Ribbons and decorative elements.

Cancellation Policy
- Reservation & Payment - Full payment is required to confirm your booking. - Payments can be made online, in-store, or via bank transfer. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) before the workshop are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. - Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the workshop are eligible for 50% refund or rescheduling. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy - Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the workshop date, subject to availability. - Last-minute rescheduling (within 24 hours) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No-Show Policy - If a participant does not attend without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshop Minimum & Maximum Participants - A minimum of 3 participants is required for the workshop to proceed. - In case of low enrollment, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop, offering a full refund or alternative date. Late Arrivals - Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may miss key instructions and may not be able to fully participate. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided. Safety & Conduct - Participants must handle all floral tools and materials with care. - The workshop is designed for ages 16 and above. Workshop Inclusions & Takeaways - All materials are provided. - Participants get to take home their floral arrangements.
