1. Full refund eligibility
A full refund is only accepted if the request is made before your order is prepared. Once the order preparation has started, a full refund will not be possible.
2. Refund due to our mistake
If there is an issue with your order due to a mistake from our side, such as wrong items delivered or damaged products, we will process a 100 percent refund back to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within three to five working days.
3. Refunds for processed orders
If your order has already been processed and you wish to request a refund, only 50 percent of the order value will be refunded. This refund will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on Kenzidxb.com.
